What we collect, and what we do with it.

The short version

This site has no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies. The only information Caviar Pixels receives is what you choose to type into the contact form, or what you send by email or phone.

What the contact form collects

When you send a brief, the form transmits the fields you filled in:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your company or project name, if you give one
• The starting point you selected
• The message you wrote

That submission is delivered to the studio as an email. It is used for one purpose: to reply to you and, if we work together, to run the engagement. It is not sold, rented or shared for marketing, and you will not be added to a mailing list by submitting it.

Who processes it on our behalf

Cloudflare

Hosts and delivers this site. It processes standard request data such as IP address for security and delivery, as any web host does.

Resend

Delivers the contact form submission to the studio mailbox as email.

Google

Provides the studio mailbox at caviarpixels@gmail.com, and serves the typefaces this site uses through Google Fonts.

Each provider handles data under its own terms. Caviar Pixels does not pass your information to anyone else.

Storage in your browser

If you choose an engagement before opening the contact form, that choice is kept in your browser’s session storage so the form arrives pre-filled. It is cleared when you close the tab, never leaves your device, and is not a cookie.

How long we keep it

Briefs stay in the studio mailbox while the enquiry or engagement is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards as business correspondence. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live you may have these rights by law; we will honour the request either way. Write to caviarpixels@gmail.com.

Children

This is a business-to-business studio site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
